Clean mirrors from black spots with quick

Mirrors are exposed to signs of aging just like humans, and one of the most important of these signs is black spots.

Which is formed as a result of the leakage and accumulation of cleaning powders from the mirror glass to the back of it, or perhaps due to moisture. Learn how to clean mirrors from black spots and enjoy a clear view.

How to clean mirrors from black spots

Use of aluminum foil

  1. Prepare strips of aluminum foil the size of the black spots in the mirrors.
  2. Remove the mirror from the frame it is attached to.
  3. Using clear tape, tape the aluminum strips to the back of the mirror so that it meets the spots.

The shiny part of the paper should face the mirror glass, not have any creases, but be perfectly flat.

Edge coating

If the black spots are on the edges of the mirror, this is where cleaning fluid residues and water vapor collect.

Here you can paint those edges and give them a new look.

  • Remove the frame from the mirror.
  • Clean the back of the mirror with alcohol.
  • Spray the rear edges of the mirrors with mirror polish spray, let it dry, and then return it to the frame.

Third method

But if these spots spread a lot, you can use a spray similar to the mirror and spray it on the entire back of the mirror, following the steps of the previous method.

Try not to use regular silver paint, it won't do the job perfectly and use a mirror polish.
